pizza & pasta please!

Ciaoooo bellas!

A few nights ago, I went over to my friend Hannah’s house to have dinner with her fam (my other bestie Sheeva was there too!). Ohhh myyy goddd let me just say we had the most amazing time cooking, laughing and chatting! Followed by the most ahh-may-zing italian feast!

To start …

Rustic Crust Gluten Free Pizza Crust

pizzas topped by yours truly with pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil, heirloom tomatoes & parmesan.

A lil love, a sprinkle of laughter, mixed all together with some good friends and you’ll get this healthy, satisfying dinner!

The results …

ravioli with the veggies, olive oil & parmesan. this dish got mixed reviews. the artichoke filling was a little overpowering, but i still thought it was deeelish!

Sooo then finally it came time to try everything!!

I LOVED IT ALL. The pastas were incredible and I’ll definitely be buying fresh pasta (or making my own?) in the future. Cooking fresh pasta takes less than 2 minutes!! Awesome for dinners in a hurry.

It is amazing what a little olive oil can do too! I NEED garlic and lemon infused olive oil. Ohemgee.

The gluten free crusts were different, but something I could get used to! They had a little bit of a strange texture but we think it might have been because they had been barbequed. I’m not giving up on them! The toppings were simple yet delicious :).

But we weren’t done yet …

Hannah’s dad had been to an italian restaurant that served dessert pizza. It was a thin pizza crust covered in nutella, strawberries and powdered sugar.

WELLL OBVI WE HAD TO MAKE IT!

A quick run to the store and in no time the pizza crust was in the oven! We used Pillsbury pizza crust, flattened the dough out on a cookie sheet and followed the directions that came with it.

Holy yummmm. It was dangerous. We devoured it in less than 5 minutes.

I will be making this again soon and so should you! Easy peasyyy.
